On this episode of the Reel World Theology Podcast:
We take a deep breath and settle in for a very heavy conversation about Martin Scorsese’s latest exploration of faith, Silence. Based on the book of the same name, Silence has been an in-the-works passion project for Scorsese years in the making. Based on the reaction it’s getting from its limited audiences, it has found its mark and is making people of faith rightfully uncomfortable. We wrestle with this tough film about apostasy and grace, pride and compassion, and Christ’s commands and His Cross.
